That's an interesting set of scanning devices above the leader. This is a very nice location with an interesting set of visible tracks, with the green grasslands and read earth which makes the Burlington Northern Santa Fe colors pop ! All in all a very nicely composed photo Marty.

I don't know what the scanners are for. I have not seen them elsewhere in the PRB. But I'm sure some of it is a scale. A scale car was at the far end of the siding. It's very much a side track. Note the non-welded rail.
