Also very rare to see a 4-axle unit (the GP-30 at the back of the loco consist) mixed in with the standard lash-up of 3 six-axle units. Perhaps it was being deadheaded somewhere for maintenance or other purpose. Thanks for your great shots in and around Charlottesville Jeremy - the pics here and in your book are a window back to the time I was growing up there!
