This is not train 675, it's missing a baggage car. This might be train 83 or 85.

Nice shot Cameron, though I have to agree that it is 83 as 75/675 always has a baggage car (and had 6425 that day). As well 83 is a Toronto-London train that runs on the Oakville and Dundas subs so it's in the right territory.
