Is this the bridge that was damaged by a gas line fire? Was it removed? What tracks did it connect?

I'm pretty sure the fire was caused by some hoppers derailing onto some running track equipment parked underneath of it on an adjacent track. I have a few shots of it right after it happened. But yeah, the bridge was removed after that.
