What a scene of contrast...an old steam locomotive parading down the middle of a modern highway! It's definitely a fasinating combination that looks good together.

Definitely not something you see everyday. I was on the open platform on the back of the Tioga Pass when this photo was taken. We were all laughing at the people driving at 70 MPH pacing us with one hand out the window taking a video. I saw one person stop in the middle of the fast lane to get a picture. I guess that's what steam does to people!

You can see the passenger in the pick-up truck trying to take a photo of the train. Great catch!
