When you get to see both Norfolk Southern cab units side-by-side, you notice the difference in the paint sweep around the number indicators, with the 4270 having more black on top of that feature. It is not an easy shape to do, and the Southern had some variations in its fleet too, but at least each unit's graphic treatment is symmetrical.

What more could be said with two throughbreds side by side. Thanks for sharing.

Cool catch - seeing them side by side, it's as if Southern is back in the passenger business!

It is a rare event indeed when F units are side by side at a facility owned by one of the big seven.

Beautiful picture! Two more classics in Augusta this week, 18 holes over on Magnolia Lane and 2 thoroughbreds off 6th Street!

Great shot, odd but neat seeing them side by side compared to their normal ABBA arrangement.

Very neat catch, Dustin! Regardless of the paint they wear, side-by-side Fs certainly is an unusual sight these days.

Great photo Dustin!! In my opinion the ONLY good thing about Masters week in Augusta. My parents are in Augusta visiting while my daughter is on spring break from school. I took them to see the 20 homes that AT&T rented for the week. @ $20,000.00 each...you do the math. I'm sure glad I dont use AT&T!!!
