There is no traffic bridge over Harpers Ferry(which is in West Virginia) and at no time do the tracks split like this except in the tunnel. Both R'ville and SS have splits in the track dating back to this period to acommodate the Metro's Red Line. Otherwise, excellent photo and keep em comin.
