Interesting to see tank cars behind a unit without a buffer, hopefully they made it past the first AEI reader without red flags being thrown in Omaha.....

If the tanks on the head-end are dangerous, then yes, a buffer would be needed. However, those in the photo appear to be corn oil, thus not requiring a buffer.
