A very nice 'Dining Car" / "Observation Car". It looks like an Observation Car, but it says Dining Car in gold lettering just above the rear truck. What is great are the added appliances that this car has for back up moves. First there is a steam locomotive type "Cow Catcher" mounted between the steps, then there is the very nice head light with the car's number and last is the "Air Chime" whistle !
