Just curious, why is this photo located under special schemes if it doesn't even have a locomotive or car?

Uh, maybe because it doesn't have a locomotive or car in the pic? Additionally, a special scheme because original watertanks aren't located every few miles on the RRs I tend to photograph. Thx.
