Very nice. This area was nicknamed “Bachelor’s Curve” many years ago by Missabe crews due to a hermit living in a shack here. I can’t blame him, as this area is stunningly beautiful in the fall with Lake Superior’s “Maple Belt” in full color.

Thanks guys! Dave, I saw you shot of the 409 at this location a few days earlier and through it was a must shoot. I wasnt really sure how to get back in here, however, as we ended up at the overpass by Spirit Mountain. This late in the day, the overpass shot was all covered in shadows so we somehow ended up driving down some road that lead to a church parking lot and a short walk to the tracks..
