I believe that there are two other full 6 lunar CPL's guarding the access to the Metropolitan subdivision where it meets the Capital subdivision. There's also quite the opposite of this in the westport neighborhood of Baltimore. The signal can only display restricting, nothing else. Posted by Jon R. Roma on January 11, 2011  The only lunar lights in a CPL are the two lights in the main head for "Restricting". The markers are either plain unfiltered white (the left four) or yellow (the right two).
