That window trim makes this cab look a warm, cosy, place to be.
That trim is the colors of Romanian flag, isn't it?

Yes, it is. Many locomotive drivers in Romania use to decorate their cabs like this, maybe because they spend long hours in the cab much more that in their houses so the engine became "Home sweet home"!
