Al - You shot this from the Blue Ridge Parkway overpass at the west end of Blue Ridge Grade. It's located about two miles west of the intersection of US 460 & US 220. Near identical shots have appeared in both Trains & Railfan by J. David Ingles & Jim Boyd, both past editors of those two publications respectively. You were in good company that day.
