That looks like a
Tom Sink shot, only from the 80's. Hard to believe the South Branch was running an MRS-1 so "recently". Wonder where it is now?

26 and 28 were declared surplus to SBVR (28 ran freight there for a very short time), and went to Cass for operation on the Greenbrier River Line. They were delivered 1 week before the 1985 flood that almost killed the SBVR, and washed away the Greenbrier River Line to this day. Curent status: razor blades.
