The dramatic sunset, lighting, silhouettes, composition and perspective make for a beautiful photograph from a person who knows his way around cameras and railroad photography! Robertson's artistic effort on this magnificent piece of work earned a PC from me, and of course a Favorite Photo as well. Congratulations are in order for the SC already earned. Great job!

The presence of the train is just icing on the cake for this spectacular scene! Looks like you actually have two towns in this long view. I remember the view well, having scanned it with binoculars for hours on my one visit, hoping in vain for a headlight to appear.
