James, if you mean something that looks like this (where there is a bridge over the lower track), then I can't say that there is. However, Tehachapi Loop does this, as do the Spiral Tunnels on the CP, if that helps at all.

Don't forget the "Hiwassee Loop" near Farner, Tennessee. TVRM operates trains over the line.
