This is a former Reading GP7, whose faded olive green color, painted-out roadname (thin horizontal strip under dynamic brake,) and angled rain gutter on the cab roof, are the giveaway features.

That is one serious wall of glass on that shop building! Guess they weren't worried too much about hail storms.
