You are correct, that line is now owned and operated by the Dakota, Minnesota & Eastern.

Actually, Canadian Pacific now owns the line, having purchased DM&E in 2007. Nice shot, by the way.

Jeff, It wasn't a hot box or ballast, it was some sort of clay that was loaded into open top hoppers. You can see them just exiting the bridge. The wind was really blowing that day!

This line was never CMNW. It has been CNW, DME, CP and is now RCPE.
