I shot that same power set a day earlier on the Manor Branch. It was smoking just as bad then and almost didn't make it over the summit.

Please don't scrap her, N.S! These are my favorite units by far. I always know I'm on the Pitt line when I hear/see these beauties coming. They remind me of the the good old Big Blue days.

I think four stroke engines didn´t work very well for EMD. I´have seen lots of MACs lately with this kind of problems. The first MACs, ex Burlington Northern, where working for a couple months down here in Mexico and they looked like old GE C-30-7s. Great catch Ben! Saludos.
