Looks like they cleaned the units up and gave them a coat of gloss, last time I was down there they were dirty and flat.

These F10s probably should be called FP-10s as they were provided with on board head end power plants when they were rebuilt at the Paducah, Kentucky shops. The on board power plants must be inoperable as the HEP flatcar indicates. The the external indicators located at the rear of their car bodies indicate the on board HEP are still there. Please note the exhaust pipes above the rear side doors and the bulging side panels just behind those doors.
