Martin on September 26, 2010  No rear light package on PHL 50 because it was ex-DRGW 5412 (and also the former Speed Lettered SP 5412 as seen covering up it's original as-born orange and black paint scheme) while the real light packaged PHL 51 was ex-SP 8550 (also Speed Lettered).
