I'm guessing they only have one set of stencils to use for making the graphics, but it seems odd to have a picture of an EMD locomotive stuck on the side of a GE locomotive.

Or a specific roadnumber on the logo. They probably should have either left the numberboards out, or changed them to that particular unit.

Wild guess here with nothing to back it up, but maybe 5616 was the first unit to be purchased (or delivered) under the new organizational structure?

As an update to Aivo's comment the "road-kill" scheme has been added to a couple more of these units plus a GP9 and 38-2 to date I believe, so seeing it on 5616 soon might not be out of the question.
