While technology has eliminated many railroad jobs, human beings are still needed to keep things going, at least for now! This is a powerful photograph, highlighting the human factor and night-time railroading. PCA and favorite photo from me.

Very powerful image, I like the LED number boards, the fog in the headlights is what makes this a great shot.
