A great photo which brings to mind a multitude of fond childhood memories. Provo is my old hometown and during the summer months the local Utah Valley railfan contingent would assemble to witness 5771's arrival at 8:25 p.m. on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The Rio Grande Zephyr would garner a reverence for all of us because we knew it was special and that it would one day be gone. I tip my hat to the Rio Grande for maintaing this class act until its retirement in 1983.
