While the subject steam does not overwhemingly startle my senses , the composition of this photo is quite remarkable.

A complex situation. Timing all the cooking to get the components on the table hot at the same time is tough enough. Now you add in the challenge of doing so at the right time to catch the train in the picture. But the compelling question really is....was breakfast hot when you could finally sit down and eat. Tough to beat a good heart attack on a plate. But even if it was at the cost of a cold breakfast, you got a very unusual and engaging picture.
