What kind of engine is that? doesn't look very big compared to the turbo and rails.

That engine looks like a Paxman of some sort, maybe an old Ventura, looks about the same size. Its turbo looks familiar to, maybe a Napier turbo or Brown Boveri unit that Paxman engines use. Would be interesting to find out for sure!
