"shoulder of the I-15"...amazing how a railfan's vehicle can break down right over a passing railyard.

Technically the photographer was parked on the shoulder of an off ramp. Traffic was pretty light on a Sunday afternoon. Oh, the things we do to GTS (get the shot).
