I knew Crime was high around the Chicago area and thieves will block up a car and steal its tires, but wow! Talking about going to extremes! LOL Nice shot! Any shots of what they are using till they get the repairs made?

I've heard of people stealing trucks but I didn't think it would come to railroads! :P
