Posted by J Moller on March 4, 2010  In the Code of Federal Regulations these are "Dual Purpose Vehicles" not locomotives. They cannot be handle revenue cars and so are restricted to MW service. Posted by claude e hunter on March 4, 2010  A truck-train perhaps?
