Posted by Rich Brown on March 4, 2010  This unit, is indeed a "Dewitt Geep" rblt by Conrail at their Syracuse (Dewitt) NY shops from New York Central 8263. See photos # 252633 and 257058 for photos of this old girl in storage at Huron, Ohio in May & October 2008. I believe 106 was also a station switcher at Washington, DC Union Station for a while.
