The Arkansas and Missouri Railroad rebuilt this locomotive. The WNYP is not doing a very good job of maintaining the level of pride of the A & M . That is a Brass Bell and the Arkansas and Missouri always keeps it's bells highly polished. The term Brass Bell is slightly untrue as all Brass Bells are a Mix of Eighty percent Brass and twenty percent Tin. This mixture on the famous "Liberty Bell" was not correct and it cracked ! Engine 630 is the best looking one in the Western New York and Pennsylvania fleet, and they would do well to paint the rest to match it !
