As my father was based in Urbana, OH on the Panhandle for the PRR (executive training, civil engineer), I'm going to hazard a guess that he knew this stretch of track when it looked like this and those units ran on it. Thanks for sharing this great image (and from a time when he had stopped taking pictures, because, as he told me, "railroad men didn't bring cameras to work").
