I'm guessing this isn't actually South Seattle - proper, but rather the Argo/Bailey interlocking. We (UP) don't have any facilities at South Seattle, and frankly there are no RC Operators qualified to work the BNSF main that far south. This is probably the YSE61 pulling its industry spots in from Van Asselt Yard.
