That incident is such a shame. But a reminder about how dangerous of a job we have. By the way, do they always run the GP9's back to back like that?

Thanks for the comments, Gents! As for the geeps' orientation it seems to change on a whim (Judy caught this same unit on the 16th running SHF), but as the 70XX and 72XX series are still set up for LHF operation you do see this a lot with them. The 41XX series geeps all had their control stands moved to the other side to run short hood forward during one of the early rebuilds/mods but they seem to be on the decline around here recently.
