As a railfan, I'm glad to see the production crew went to so much trouble to make the movie realistic, frankly I am surprised they didn't just CGI the whole thing.

That fake railroad has better paint schemes than a lot of real ones.

I have to agree with Erick's comment above; this is really an attractive paint scheme for a movie railroad! This is one movie I'll definitely shell out the bucks for a ticket and a tub of popcorn to watch on the big screen with surround sound. If it's a dud, oh well... I've been enjoying ALL your AWVR shots, Tom, and thanks for sharing them with us!

I love this movie. While the locomotive wouldn't reach 80mph the rest is actually quite realistic, while not based exactly on the real deal, it is pretty close. (minus switch jumping at that speed lol)
