If memory serves, she's a war baby - 1942, I believe. Retired from the Rock Island at Amarillo, TX. Used as a grain elevator switcher at the large Producer's Grain facility in Plainview, TX until aquired by A-OK. Prior to it's acquisition, the original black and red "Route of the Rockets" paint scheme was beginning to show under what was left of its later maroon and yellow paint. Glad to see she has a new lease on life - on home rails no less.
