Kyle Stefanovic shot it back in July with the OTHER one fastened on with duct tape! Posted by Kyle Stefanovic on October 27, 2009  I see the duct tape is no longer holding! Shot CP 9595 leading CP 222 out of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada a few months back and duck tape was holding the number boards on.
