She was very lucky you saw her, and that she only got a ticket, not a ride to the hospital or morgue!

In Michigan, that would be deemed an "accident" and would have sent her to jail where she belonged (with the ticket too). Good eyes and way to stay alert, Sir. I'm sure her family appreciates it.

I guess she was trying to take the short cut home so she would not run into the police check point. Then they would have known she was higher than a georgia pine tree.
