Weather might have been bad but water on the pavement for night shots is a good thing Joe! Look at any pro classic car/drive-in restaurant night shoot, you will notice they often time wet the pavement for extra effect. It had a similar effect here reflecting the light.

The shot is worth it, getting cold and wet is something one endures for better images. This shot is better precisely because it was raining.
