This looks like it is either at Prince, W.Va. or near it. Prince was triple tracked as one line went to Beckley, W.Va (the empty train sitting there is heading to Beckley). Amtrak Cardinal is heading east.
Prince station had classic C & O signals just east of the station with a big mountain in the background.
