Nice Shot, However with A-1-A trucks I think it's an EMD E-7B not an F-3B.

Yes it's an E7B unit. And they could be moved by themselves as shown.

This is actually B&O 62X, which was an E6B (EMD serial 1334, blt 7/41), later renumbered to B&O 2412. And the location is actually Jersey Central's Communipaw engine terminal in Jersey City, where B&O was just a tenant.

Not just a mere tenant, B&O indirectly owned CNJ through the controlling interest it held in Reading Co., CNJ's principal stockholder. Direct ownership of CNJ would have exposed B&O to higher taxes in New Jersey.
