This was a special with Dennis Duffy of the Union Pacific along with the Chicago Service Unit Superintendent. This is the "CORE" project to see thr changes to be made with re-directing traffic in and around Chicago to better facilitate train times and conjestion. The train came from UP Proviso and tied-up there also.
