Chase, Be sure to get your info right. This is not an -ex C&O locomotive.. It was one of two on display in the South Charleston Area, by the old Union Carbide office building that was recently demolished.

Mike, I was basing it off of a railroad website that shows all active, and non-active steam locomotives located in West Virginia. It showed this locomotive as being owned by the White Oak Chapter NRHS with C&O as the former heritage.
