This image is like those posters where if you look cross eyed for a few minutes, or days, you see the image at hand. Well done, Jim. A seemingly easy shot but only for those who have an abstract eye. Nice meeting you!

Jim - Excellent photo of 4449's running gear. I think I took about 20 photos of the 4449's running gear at Owosso, but none of mine came out as good as yours. I was truely amazed at the size of 4449's main rods - they were huge! I don't know if you saw this or not while you were looking at the 4449's running gear, but the 4449's rear driver (closest to the cab) is actually stamped '4443' near the axel. I spoke with 4449's fireman and he did indeed confirm that the 4449 did receive this driver from her sister #4443. Thanks for sharing this gem of a shot!

Jim you have a great eye for light and composition! Wonderful toning on the B&W you don't see that too much with digital.
