Dan Posted by Leslie Koller on July 19, 2009  This bridge crosses from Thebes to Ilmo, right. Ilmo is actually in Scott City, Scott County, Missouri. It is approximately 10-15 miles south of Cape Girardeau, in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. BNSF actually goes through Cape Girardeau. I lived there for 12 years and never found a way to get this close to the bridge. Posted by Mike Lockwood on January 21, 2011  Classic view of the centerpiece of the rivers wars.
