Nicely done.

Superb! A photo that looks a lot easier then it really is to capture so well.

I love a shot like this. Well done!

Fantastic shot! I love shots inside through truss bridges and the yellow and black GP20 blends in but at the same time stands out.

Superb image. Well-deserved POTW.

Fantastic Shot. Looking at the shot does bring up a question though. I have never known the purpose of the Inner Rail on Bridges. If anyone knows the answer, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

The inner rails are for safety. if a car derails it supposed to keep the car from moving over and hitting the bridge supports.
  |
The purpose of the inner rails is to protect the bridge in the event of a derailment, the inner rails would catch the wheels, and prevent the cars from doing severe damage to the bridge.

Thanks for all the comments.
We really had a great time chasing these GP20s and it was a long wait for them to depart Keokuk. My friend was getting impatient and wanted to leave but I wasn't about to. It was worth the two hour wait.
The recession was just starting to hit when this shot was copped and I believe the empty coal hoppers were heading for a storage track somewhere on the KJRY.
