Should be a danger country road ... a fench is needed very much to make safety space for people and vehicle there, its run faster than regular train ... thanks for sharing

Actually it's not a highspeed line and the train run 100km/h maxi around here, so no big deal !

This line is not a new high speed line. The max speed is 160 km/h (100 mph) or perhaps even less than that. Only high speed lines are fenced.
