This Looks a bit odd without it's fuel tank. But then slugs don't need one. There's lots of electronics on the cab roof.

Very nice shot... but that's not a slug and the cab isn't vandalized. It is that way by design. That's a radio sled and it's been sealed up on purpose as no one is suposed to ride up there.
