I rode an inbound, pushed by the other F40C (611) through this location in April. As we rolled past the tower, I saw the operator inside with the model board right behind him. Then I looked straight and saw the diamonds and signals. Then it hit me that, for that brief moment, I could very well have been in 1974. Proof that some things never change. I'm glad you caught this scene.
